Any report without a comment is now discarded by the server. We won't even see it.
If you want us to see a report, make sure to comment. It is done for both local and remote reports.

Remote sending empty reports with no indications of what who where, it's over.
@zoddo just received a dozen reports or so, so no abuse, but I don't want to have to play detective to understand each of them. No detail = nothing was reported.
